OUR STORY

Coleman’s Equipment was founded in 2008 by Mark Coleman, shaped by a deep respect for machinery developed from years in his family’s earthmoving business. From early beginnings in a home office, Coleman’s has grown into a 2-hectare facility with a purpose-built workshop and display yard, supported by a growing team and strong industry partnerships.

With experience across procurement, asset management and sales, we bring a practical, knowledgeable approach to sourcing and supplying machinery. Our growth reflects our values: trust, service, and long-term partnerships with clients across civil construction, mining, and infrastructure.

Mark Coleman

Managing Director

Mark oversees all aspects of operations and procurement at Coleman’s Equipment. To ensure that we continue to provide the highest standard to our customers, Mark personally travels domestically and internationally to ensure every machine achieves excellence in quality and performance.

Brock Duncan

Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Brock plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. He coordinates transport and logistics, looks after our range of water tank parts, and ensures clear communication between the workshop and office. With a friendly, customer-focused approach, Brock ensures that operations flow efficiently from start to finish.

Kim Cunich

Administration Coordinator

Kim creates flow between the office and workshop, from managing day to day administration to coordinating work scopes. She ensures each machine is scheduled & organised, so that customer requirements and specifications are completed.

Bec Hartin

Administration & Finance Coordinator

Bec oversees the company’s financial operations, managing accounts and budgets with accuracy and providing essential support to the team.

Amber Culverson

Administration & Marketing

With a keen eye for detail, Amber drives our brand forward through her marketing. She also plays a key role in reception and administration, making sure our customers are looked after and our office runs efficiently.

Danielle Wright

Coleman's Property & Pastoral

Danielle manages the pastoral administration side of the business, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on schedule.

Matt Coleman

Workshop Manager

Matt manages our Workshop, bringing his on-hand experience and attention to detail. Matt ensures our high levels of workmanship and safety, and is committed to providing our customers with quality machines.

Scott McCahon

Senior Workshop Leading Hand

Scott is a highly experienced mechanic, specialising in Water Tank & Service Body Fit-Outs. He ensures each job completed meets Colemans Equipment’s standards of quality & performance.

Walk for Brain Cancer

Coleman’s Equipment are proud to have prepared a CAT D8 Dozer for O’Neills Plant Hire in support of the Walk 4 Brain Cancer Initiative. For every hour that this Dozer works at O’Neills, they will be donating $5 to this great cause! We are proud to support both O’Neill’s Plant Hire and the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation!
